Ryan and his team are true mixology rockstars! The level of talent that shines through in their work is incredible! They are educational as well as fun and hip. As a chef, I am just as eager to learn in their classes as I am in the kitchen. The cocktails are delicious!

Jade Bar was named one of the top bars not only in America, but in the world. This would not have been possible without Ryan's vision and passion. When it comes to mixology, look no further than Ryan and his team. All of us at Sanctuary are grateful to Ryan for his efforts, and I am personally grateful to call him a friend. We wanted someone to develop our bar and beverage service culture and Ryan and his team came highly recommended, and after our initial meeting we knew we found the right people. Working with Ryan really took us to the next level, his training and attention to detail was far above what we anticipated. Not only does the ownership get excited about watching him train the bar and wait staff but the staff get excited about learning.
