His re-culturalization philosophies and dedication to his craft have made huge waves not only with our staff, but also with our guests. Jade Bar was named one of the top bars not only in America, but in the world. This would not have been possible without Ryan's vision and passion. When it comes to mixology, look no further than Ryan and his team. All of us at Sanctuary are grateful to Ryan for his efforts, and I am personally grateful to call him a friend. We wanted someone to develop our bar and beverage service culture and Ryan and his team came highly recommended, and after our initial meeting we knew we found the right people. Working with Ryan really took us to the next level, his training and attention to detail was far above what we anticipated. Not only does the ownership get excited about watching him train the bar and wait staff but the staff get excited about learning. It doesn’t take long for them to realize they’re being trained by the best and given the tools needed to be confident so they can succeed behind the bar. Rest assured it is a well spent investment.
